  • MAKNA Cancer Research Award 2006 – Cheque presentation ceremony

MCRA 06 cheque presentation ceremony was held at UKM in-conjunction with the Launch of Kempen Kesedaran Kanser MAKNA Jelajah IPTA 2007. The ceremony was officiated by YB Dato’ Mustapha Mohamed, Minister of Higher Education.

The recipients of the 2006 award were:

  • Dr. Tan Eng Lai – IMU (RM25k)

  • Dr. Nasriah Zakariah – USM (RM20k)

  • Kamariah Ibrahim – UM (RM25k)

  • Leong Pooi Pooi – UPM (RM50k)
