	Can food cooked in a microwave cause cancer? No, there is no conclusive evidence that food cooked in microwave oven could cause cancer.


	Is cancer curable? Yes, you could be cured if it is detected and you are treated early.


	Can I get contract cancer through contact with others? No, cancer is a disease of the cells and is generally brought about by practicing a host of unhealthy life habits. These include but are not limited to smoking, unhealthy diets and excessive alcohol consumption.

	Where does financial aid contributed to MAKNA go to? Undertaking Cancer Awareness Programmes and Educational activities. Fund-raising Projects. Young Cancer Survivor Scholarship, which aims to support young cancer survivors wishing to further their tertiary studies. Volunteer Community Outreach Programme, which is useful for building and maintaining civil society, a sphere of organized activities are implemented in raising the quality of life.
